I have in-person office hours 2 days a week (currently Tuesdays and Wednesdays) at 10000 Colesville Road, Silver Spring Maryland 20901 (which is in the office of Four Corners Counseling and Well Being). This is located at the corner of Colesville Road/Lanark Way. There is free parking available. Advanced appointments are required (no walk-in help is available).
I offer telehealth 2 days a week (currently Mondays and Thursdays) using a secure video platform.
